Rachel has extensive experience in various forms of dispute resolution such as mediations and informal settlement conferences.
As a senior associate, Rachel specialises and is knowledgeable in Public Liability, Medical Negligence, CTP in all states, Intentional Tort, Estate Law, Total and Permanent Disablement claims, Work Injury Damage claims and Institutional Abuse (Historical Sexual Abuse) claims in all states.
Other areas which has working experience include income protection and debt recovery. Rachel is an experienced litigator and has represented clients in New South Wales jurisdictions and also SA, WA, QLD and Tasmania.
